5. Individual processing activities

5.1 Hosting and website platform (Webflow)

Our website was created with and is hosted by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Webflow uses subprocessors for content delivery and server infrastructure, which may be located in various countries. When you access our website, the following data is processed automatically (log files):

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Name of the internet service provider
  • Information about your browser and operating system
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)

5.2 Contact form

To process your enquiry submitted via the contact form, the following data is processed:

  • First name, last name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Message content

Purpose: Handling of enquiries and communication
Legal basis: Performance of a contract / legitimate interest

Form submissions are processed and stored via Webflow and forwarded to our email address. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5.3 Google Analytics

To analyse the use of our website, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA). Cookies are used for this purpose. Your IP address is anonymised. The transfer of data to the USA takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses.
